Got infected and reported as attack page

While I was exploring other jobs, I realized that my website got infected through XSS hacks from drupal / wordress. I wasn't sure how I got infected but the bottom line is my website got reported as the 'Attack Page' by firefox browser. (Here is similar screenshot take on a different website)

Since, my priorities were different at that time, I told myself to revisit this website at later date. Looks like lot of people on the web got infected with this hack. Damn, thing changed all my index.html/index.php pages and appended a javascript at the very end. I need fix delete these scripts and take back ups soon.
